Our Progress Payment Valuations were compiled each month following an on site meeting with the Contractor whereby progress is reviewed and our recommendations for payment can be made. Monthly on site meetings ensures any possible adjustments to the claim can be agreed with the Contractor, thus enabling better management of the cash flow.
