Rawlinsons are currently engaged by the Department of Finance, on behalf of the Department of Education, to deliver full cost management services for the design of a new pre-primary building and general classroom at Ballajura Primary School. This includes three classrooms, toilet facilities, kitchen and external works.
To date, Rawlinsons have completed both Schematic Design and Design Development stages, with the project on track for Practical Completion in June 2024.
