North Regional TAFE's $6 million Kununurra Health and Hospitality Trade Training Centre project involved the construction of two separate building in the existing campus with the first being the Health and Hospitality Trade Training Centre (which also includes a section for NDIS training) and the second being an Arts and Pottery building.
The aim of this project is to provide training and teaching facilities for Health and Hospitality, NDIS Care, and Arts and Pottery work in the community. The two buildings are located at two distinct locations across the campus with separate access points. The project also includes demolition, alterations, and clearance required to fit these buildings on the existing campus, landscaping works, roadworks, external services and drainage, and staging required to construct within an operational campus.
Rawlinsons provided full cost estimation services from the Project Definition Plan to the Pre-Tender estimate stage. Rawlinsons also provided Contract Administration services up to the end of the Defects Liability period. The project reached Practical Completion in early 2023.
