Rawlinsons are currently engaged by Kym MacCormac Architects to provide a Development Approval Cost Plan for the Mount La Verna Retirement Village upgrade. The alterations include a new 80 bed development with additions to the existing central facilities building and amendments to existing parking. The project is pending approval.
