Rawlinsons was engaged by the Town of Port Hedland to produce a Concept Cost Estimate for the potential new Bunnings Warehouse in South Hedland.
The project consisted of the construction of a new 1,500sqm warehouse with timber trade sales yard and outdoor nursery. The works also include external works such as access roads, car parking, landscaping and site services.
Following Rawlinsons initial engagement, we were engaged to provide an indicative Life Cycle Costing report for the Towns Strategic Commercial Project (Purple Project).
