As part of the Western Australian State Recovery Plan, Wanneroo Secondary College were granted funding to convert the existing gym and theatre into a new 400m2 theatre with a 250 seat retractable seating system, cafeteria with an outdoor eating area and supporting facilities which included the refurbishment of the existing car park, new stairs, lift and an outdoor eating area adjacent to the Cafeteria.
As the awarded Quantity Surveyors, Rawlinsons provided full Cost Management services, from Project Definition through to Contract Finalisation.
Working in a live environment, through a staged delivery and alongside the Department of Finance and McCorkell Constructions, the successful project has delivered a welcome space for the specialist art-based school.
