Rawlinsons was engaged by Bourne Architecture to prepare a concept cost estimate for the refurbishment and redevelopment intended to take place at 123 South Street Beaconsfield. These works involve repurposing the existing shopping store to a commercial office, demolitions and additions of amenities, refurbishments and additions of courtyards and some minor refurbishment works to the residential unit.
