Swan Urban Growth Corridor DCP Cost Review

Rawlinsons was engaged by the City of Swan to carry out cost estimating services in preparation for the Development Contribution Plan annual review. This included estimating planned roadworks and intersections at design stages ranging from no design to 85% design, community facilities and buildings, public open spaces and related facilities, and related utilities diversions.
