Rawlinsons are currently engaged by Curtin University to provide full cost management services for the proposed Dementia Centre of Excellence at their Bentley campus.
The project, which is to be built on the 4th floor of existing building B408, will work on the preventative, primary and chronic disease management needs of people living with dementia, as well as their mental health. The building will remain operational throughout the works.
As part of the Project Definition Plan, Rawlinsons attended a risk workshop where the team identified many of the key project risks and opportunities and put a mitigation strategy in place.
The project is currently in the design phase.
